Safe Routes to School and Community Development Department
The Safe Routes to School program utilizes a city-owned fleet of child specific bikes to offer on-bike training to all 6th grade students in Cambridge Public Schools.
DHSP Recreation
We serve children and youth (ages 6-22) with disabilities by providing a super fun summer program full of outdoor activities, swimming, field trips, crafts, cooking, and more!
We provide a list of all upcoming opportunities for children ages 0-11; regular activities include story times, arts, musical, and dance events and more in our Children's Room.
Cambridge Economic Opportunity Committee (CEOC)
We offer help in applying for SNAP/Food Stamps or completing annual recertifications and interim reports. We can also help you resolve problems that may lead to loss or reduction of benefits.
LetGoYourMind STEM
We offer STEM programs every summer at various locations across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts to children ages 6-13.
The EVA Center
This program serves women and their families looking for help escaping sex exploitation through shelter support, health, advocacy, education, emergency financial resources and more.
Y2Y Harvard Square
We run an overnight emergency shelter for young adults (ages 18-24) in Harvard Square, open between October 15th and April 15th.
