Parenting is wonderful and challenging at the same time. Living with COVID-19 for the past year has added many new stresses and difficulties that affect our feelings and reactions to our children. Join us to explore how to ease some of the stress of parenting in general, share ideas and learn about ways to support our children. You will be able to ask questions, get concrete ideas around challenging behaviors, and connect with other parents.

Series will run on Mondays May 10th and May 17th from 10:00am-11:30am on Zoom. See attached flyer.

Facilitated by Amy Bamforth, a local Early Childhood/ Mental Health Specialist.  All families must register.
