Learn and practice mindfulness. Get introduced to managing stress, cultivating joy and calm.
Life's stressors, minor-small-medium-large-huge, will be around.
We can focus on learning how to respond to them in the most skillful ways.
We will meet for 4-weekly sessions online via Zoom or outdoors in Cambridge when weather permits.
