About this event

This program is presented in collaboration with Barre & Soul

Barre & Soul’s signature Vinyasa Yoga Class integrates core work, back bending and asanas that strengthen and lengthen the body while working up to a final peak pose. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.

Registration recommended!

• Don’t forget your yoga mat and water bottle!

• This will be an outdoor class - make sure to wear comfortable clothing

• If this is your first time at our Sweat & Reset program, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver

Keeping us safe: This event will follow all MIT policies and Covid safety guidelines. Face coverings are not required outdoors for vaccinated individuals, but you are most welcome to wear one if you wish. For unvaccinated individuals, wearing a face covering outdoors is required when unable to maintain 3 feet of physical distance.
