A heartwarming film based on the true story of James Bowen, a struggling London street musician and former heroin addict, and the stray cat who changed his life.

Introduction to Theatre is an interactive class where we will read from plays, act out scenes, analyze characters and the plots. No prior theatre experience necessary.

A 60-minute class starting with a cardio warm up, strengthening exercises using hand
weights or Thera bands for resistance. Muscle conditioning reinforces good posture
