About this event

Kendall Square-based organization InnerCity Weightlifting uses the gym to replace segregation, isolation, and systemic racism with social inclusion and economic mobility, disrupting the cycle that leads to urban street violence.

  • This will be an outdoor class - make sure to wear comfortable clothing

  • Bring a water bottle to fill up at the water station in the Open Space

  • If this is your first time at our Sweat & Reset program, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver

Keeping us safe: This event will follow all MIT policies and Covid safety guidelines. Face coverings are not required outdoors for vaccinated individuals, but you are most welcome to wear one if you wish. For unvaccinated individuals, wearing a face covering outdoors is required when unable to maintain 3 feet of physical distance.
