    Additional information

    We are a partnership between many agencies to help connect people experiencing homelessness to resources appropriate to their level and type of need. After receiving a C-CAN assessment, clients will receive information pointing them towards services, and based on priority are entered into a referral pool for a number of housing programs as well as Housing Navigation assistance.
