Each fellow works at a host site, serving youth in grades 6-12, where they act as a mentor, provide academic support, or help youth navigate college and career exploration in order to reduce dropout rates. Fellows also receive professional development and free courses at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies during their year of service.
Massachusetts nonprofit organizations, city agencies, and schools serving youth in grades 6-12 are encouraged to apply to host a Fellow during our RFP cycle beginning in November. Please visit our website for more information.
