Mbadika [bah-GEE-kah], which means ‘idea’ in Kimbundu, is a passion project born out of MIT.
Rarely are aspiring innovators given the knowledge, resources, and space to bring their ideas to reality.
Our mission is to enhance lives through STEM by providing the space to learn, develop, and implement ideas that affect positive change on the planet we share.
Our MLAB [Mbadika Laboratory] initiative strives to foster creativity in learners of all ages through engaging STEM programming. It is where we design and develop our hands-on STEM educational resources, including our hands-on workshops, digital content, and products to support ideas and those who create them.
