CFF wants to support you in providing the best start for your child. The ASQ online tool helps you to better understand all your child's different stages of development from one month up to 5 years.

Additional information

The ASQ ask questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills. It only takes about 10-15 minutes, that’s it! Once you complete the online tool, a Center for Families staff will be in touch to discuss your experience and share activity ideas and resources. The Center for Families staff are available to support you in accessing or completing the ASQ tool.
