We open applications a month before the start of our program but we will accept answered forms from our website at all times. After filing out the form, someone from ASPIRE will reach out for next steps, including date of the orientation to our program. Please note that our virtual program will require access to a stable internet connection and a quiet room, which can also be found at a local library. Once the program begins for the year we will not accept new students for that year. However we encourage students to apply for the following year.
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Only virtual (online or over the phone).
This program includes: Leadership development, cultural education, speaker panels, and mentoring.
Each year, Aspire brings together Asian/Asian American high school girls to build their identities, encourage self-confidence, and develop leadership skills to support their success in their social, academic, and future professional communities. A few of the topics participants will explore include: Asian-American Identities, Challenges of the Model Minority, and Speaking Out/Finding a Voice.
