The Program is a collaboration between the Cambridge Police Department Youth & Family Services Unit and the Cambridge YMCA. The training is for learning the sport of boxing, and is available to boys and girls. Participants experience ranges from none at all, all the way up to professional.

It focuses on physical and mental health, self-defense skill building, peer mentorship, relationship building, family support, social emotional learning, inclusion, individual growth in a group setting, accessibility, equity, and (most importantly) FUN.
