Case Management at the MSC

Our Case Managers assist people experiencing homelessness, those at risk of becoming homeless, or other Cambridge individuals or families in need of short-term support.
This is an ongoing program.
MSC Walk-in Hours for Case Management Consultation
Mondays from 9am-7:30pm
Tuesdays from 9am-4:30pm
Wednesdays from 9am-4:30pm
Thursdays from 9am-4:30pm
Fridays from 9am-11:30am
Most services are being provided remotely.
Walk in hours during Covid:
Monday-Friday- 9am-12pm
Ages 18 and Adult.

Our Case Managers provide short-term counseling and assistance with housing concerns or referrals to a variety of services, including shelters, food pantries, job training and benefits programs.
