Registration required

  • Sign-up is ongoing

Junior Program Membership Registration Portal.

Signup has started and is ongoing. There is no deadline and anyone can sign up throughout the summer so long as there are spots available in that class, in some cases even after that class has started.

We highly recommend you read our FAQ page before trying to register. Visit https://www.community-boating.org/junior/getting-started/ to get the basics before you enroll. Young people must have some proof they can swim 50 yards - you can take a swim test for free at any YMCA, or you can show other forms of certification. You can see the full calendar of class options and their availability at https://portal.community-boating.org/jp/all-classes.

To complete registration, you'll need to create an account if you don't already have one. Once you buy a membership, you are in the program. You’ll also need:

  • parent/guardian contact (including email address)
  • child’s name and contact info
  • child’s swim proof (see FAQ for details)
  • income information (optional — for discount calculation)
  • credit card (in person we accept cash or card, no checks)
