COVID-19 Cambridge Community Testing

We offer free COVID-19 testing to everyone who lives or works in Cambridge, now available 7 days/week in a variety of locations.

This is an ongoing program.

Testing without appointment takes place:

  • Mondays & Thursdays 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Thursdays 11:00am - 3:00pm, at CambridgeSide
  • Wednesdays 2:00pm - 6:00pm, at St. John's Church
  • Sundays 2:00pm - 6:00pm, at 50 Church Street

Testing by appointment only takes place at CIC Health:

  • Sundays from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Monday – Friday from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; and
  • Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Ages: Adults.

Testing to those who live or work in Cambridge and for people of all ages. Children should be accompanied by an adult. You can also sign your family up to be tested as a small group.

Appointments not required. Cambridge residents can call 617-349-9788.

Test results are typically available within 2 days on the online patient portal. Residents receive an email alerting them when results are ready on the portal. Cambridge residents can also request results by phone at the time of their appointment. For Cambridge residents requesting phone notification, the Cambridge Public Health Department will call with results typically within 3 business days of receiving them.
