COVID-19 Testing in Cambridge: Cambridge Public Health Department

We will offer COVID-19 testing to all Cambridge residents via mobile testing in North Cambridge, The Port, CambridgeSide, and Harvard Square one day each week.

Please see the website for specific dates and time slots to schedule your test. We periodically release new testing dates and locations when our current availability runs out - please check back often as testing slots fill up fast. Check all locations to see if slots are available in each:

Appointments are required. Cambridge residents should call 617-349- 9788 or visit to get an appointment during available time slots.

Test results are typically available within 2 days on the online patient portal. Residents receive an email alerting them when results are ready on the portal. Cambridge residents can also request results by phone at the time of their appointment. For Cambridge residents requesting phone notification, the Cambridge Public Health Department will call with results typically within 3 business days of receiving them.
