    When people come in we can help them use their digital devices (smartphones, tablets, computers), apply for services online, learn digital literacy and safety/privacy tips, and get access to devices.

    Digital Navigators Walk-In Schedules and Locations.

    Some services may require you to register or apply in order to receive them. Basic support during our walk-in hours does not require registeration, but we'd appreciate it if you could schedule an appointment.

    Dates and Times

    This is an ongoing program.

    All navigators have virtual availability Monday-Friday and can be reached via massdigitaljedi.org website to create a ticket and schedule an in person or virtual appointment or call 1-888-551-2167. Digital Navigators are available in-person at:

    • CCTV (by appointment): Wednesdays 9:30AM-4:00PM, Thursdays 10:00AM-4:00PM.
    • Central Square Library (walk-ins): Tuesdays 10:00AM-6:00PM.
    • Main Library (walk-ins): Wednesdays + Thursdays 9:00AM-5:00PM (every other Weds at Valente 10:00AM-5:00PM).
    • Community Learning Center (walk-ins): Tuesdays 11:00AM-1:00PM, Wednesdays 10:00AM-12:00PM.
    • Peabody School/Center for Families (walk-ins): Thursdays 9:30AM-12:30PM.
