Food Assistance: WIC Program
We provides nutrition consultation and food benefits for pregnant, breastfeeding women, infants and children up to age five.

Ages Young Adult to Senior Adult.
This program is for mothers or soon-to-be mothers with children ages Prenatal - 5 years old.
Must meet income guidelines. Families receiving SNAP, TAFDC benefits, are on certain MassHealth Plans or the child is a foster child are all automatically income eligible. Families that don't meet this criteria must provide proof of income. Call the office at (617) 665-3750 for more information

Applicants must bring the following to their appontment:
1) proof of income or proof that you recive SNAP, TAFDC benefits, are on certain MassHealth plans (such as MassHealth standard) or applying for a foster child
2) Proof of identification
3) proof of residency- can be a bill which has your name and address

The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
