MassArt Creative Studios Summer

We host a fun and challenging program for young artists entering grades 7-9 who have a desire to expand their knowledge in the visual arts.

Monday through Friday. Morning and Afternoon.

No Class on July 4th

Classes held Monday through Friday
8:30AM - 12:00PM and/or 1:00PM - 4:30PM

Ages: 12 to 15.

Grades 6th grade through 8th grade.

Creative Studios Registration Period: February 14 - May 30, 2022

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served and space available basis. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee enrollment in a class. If you submit a registration form and your preferred classes are full, you will be placed on the waiting list and notified as soon as possible if a space becomes available.

Cost

SUMMER 2022 CLASS FEE PER HALF DAY:

  • Virtual Format: $680
  • On Campus Format: $745

 

  • Financial Aid and/or Scholarship Available

Scholarships are based on financial need and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to request a scholarship. To be considered, you will be asked to submit a copy of your most recent tax return (SSNs crossed or blanked out) with your registration form.

Daily studio classes allow students to experience the rigor and excitement of art making by introducing techniques, skills and habits that are fundamental to successful work. For students of all abilities, Creative Studios classes span a range of disciplines and interests for younger artists. We have camps focused on specific topics including: Architecture and Design (virtual only), Drawing Fundamentals (either format), Fashion Design (on campus only), Stop Motion Animation (Virtual only), Comic Book art (virtual only), Studio Explorations (on campus only).
