We provide group and individual training about how to safely ride the MBTA. Safety, trip planning, accessibility, how to read maps and schedules, reduced fares, and more.
Sign-up Information
- Ages: 15 to Adults.
- Wheelchair accessible.
Older adults, persons with disabilities,and others who would benefit.
Training center, T vehicles, and many stations are accessible. Please let us know if you need accommodations.

Please call or e-mail to arrange a group training. Please try to coordinate a group of 6-15 individuals who are interested and eligible. For individual travel training, please use the link above.
Cost
This Program is free!

Virtual really only makes sense with computer or tablet because of the images.

This is an ongoing program.
Contact us to schedule. Group trainings can take place at Training Center in South Boston or at your program location.
Additional information
Learn about local public transportation: buses, subways, reduced fares, asking for help, apps, etc. Practice using the system with a trainer.
