Additional information

At Newtowne, experienced teachers work closely with families to create a nurturing, play-based learning environment that fosters joy and meaning for young children. Our rich, developmentally appropriate play-based curriculum is inspired by the progressive educational tradition of Reggio Emilia.

This summer, we're excited to offer a month of outdoor enrichment, splash pools, engaging sensory play, open-ended art experiences, popsicle Fridays, and more! Each week the curriculum will be focused around a central theme:

  • Color and Motion (July 5th-8th)
  • Ocean Exploration (July 11th-15th)
  • Space and Constellations (July 18th-22nd)
  • Magic and Potions (July 25th-29th)
