This is for 18 – 24 year old residents who have graduated from high school but are still figuring out the next step in their lives.

This program runs during the school year.
Monday through Friday. Morning and Afternoon.

Ages: 18 and Young Adult.

Cambridge residents only.

18 – 24 year old Cambridge residents who have graduated from high school (or passed the HiSET) but are still figuring out their next step are elligible. These young people are not currently enrolled full-time in college, but they might be working in a low wage job or unemployed.

Next Up will help these young adults come up with a plan, which might include going back to school, enrolling in a training program or finding a better job. Key elements of the Next Up are:
• 4 month program
• 20 hour/week paid internship
• Twice weekly skill-building workshops
• Career Exploration (with interactive job visits)
• Team-Building
