Massaging your baby helps in developing strong relationships between you and your child. Massage helps your baby relax, decrease gas and constipation, increase body awareness and maturation & regulate sleep. The discussion topics and handouts in this series are designed to support you in your parenting. Other members of the family can participate too. This series will be a mix of in-person and virtual sessions. All families must register.
