  • Both in-person and virtual (online or over the phone).

Meeting locations are typically determined by the mentor and take place in the community.

Additional information

We match each youth with a caring adult mentor, and they are expected to meet together for 4-6 hours a month over the course of a year. Open to youth with disabilities (ages 6+) in the Greater Boston Area. Mentors and Mentees determine the schedule to meet based on their preferences.

Most mentees participate in 3 kinds of activities:

  1. work on personal goals
  2. spend time in the community such as museums, movies, etc.
  3. go to the park
  4. develop friendships
  5. attend social events
