We offer martial arts for children, teens, and adults. Learn how to stay fit, active, and focused. Taekwondo combines kicking, punching, and blocks into a workout for body and mind!
Sign-up Information
- Ages: 5 to Adults.
Eligibility is based on ages, regardless of the child's grade level.

Admissions are rolling, sign up any time.. We'll start a waitlist if spots fill. We recommend that you come observe a class or call us with any questions. We can do signups in person, over the phone, or even by email. Parents typically take a tour of the school and watch a class and then register either in person or online. We're open daily at 12 noon until 7PM, Saturdays 10AM to 4PM.
Cost
$499 for three months, including uniform. $1,070 for 6 months.

- Transportation from school provided for some eligible students; check with your child's school.
Many Cambridge MBTA buses and CPSD buses stop near our door. Please check with your child's school about whether they are eligible to take the bus and get permission to take a bus different from their usual route to this After School activity.
Dates and Times
This is an ongoing program.
We have a 3-month beginner program that starts anytime between August 15 and October 15. Classes are available up to 6 days per week at various times. Right now are schedule by age group is:
- Ages 5 to 8: 4PM to 5PM daily.
- Ages 9 to 12: 5PM to 6PM daily.
- Ages 13 to Adults: Weekdays 6PM to 7PM and Saturdays 11AM to12PM.
- Ages 5-12 Saturday: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Additional information
This program includes: Martial arts exercise, self-defense practice, cardio and strength building, mental focus, balance, and flexibility.
Martial arts have been proven to help improve concentration, confidence, self-esteem, focus, as well as physical skills like balance, cardio health, and flexibility. Great for kids and adults with ADHD. A structured physical activity that is not competitive like a team sport, martial arts allows each student to build their own skills and improve at their own pace.
