We match young people with disabilities with a caring adult mentor to help them meet their full potential for personal development and independence.The program is free for any youth with a disability between 6 and 26. We offer two types of programming: One-to-one, youth mentoring programs will be moved to virtual meetings. Matches meet together for 4-6 hours a month for a year or more. Mentoring for young adults with disabilities who are interested in career readiness support is always online.
