Join us this summer for Science Club for Girls VIRTUAL Rocketry Program FREE on Zoom!

This program runs during the summer.
Monday through Friday. Afternoon.

Mon-Friday afternoons, 1:30-3:30 pm
July 6-17

Ages 11 to 14.

Grades 6th grade through 8th grade.


Rising 6th- rising 8th grade girls, and those who identify with girlhood.

  • Specific dates

Applications are due June 15, 2021 and are considered on a space-available basis. Applications received after this date will be considered on a rolling basis for open program spaces. 



  • Both in-person and virtual (online or over the phone).

This is a VIRTUAL Summer Program that will be held VIA Zoom. Participants must have access to a computer and internet for the two hours of the program each day.  The rocket launches will take place at Danehy Park in Cambridge and families are responsible for transportation to and from the park.

3...2...1...BLAST OFF into STEM learning with Science Club for Girls this Summer! As a
young rocket scientist you will design, build and launch your own model rockets while
learning about Aerospace careers, astronaut life and the science behind model rockets!

This program is FREE.

July 6-16
August 9-20

Monday - Friday 1:30PM- 3:30PM

Program open to rising 6th - 8th grade girls and non-binary students from the Greater

Boston area.

*Rocket launches and games will be held at Danehy Park (99 Sherman St Cambridge, MA). Families will be responsible for pickup and drop off.
