The goal of the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program is to increase the number of students who get to and from school by walking or biking.
Salvation Army
We provide social services: from providing food, disaster relief, assistance for disabled people, outreach, clothing and shelter to the homeless and opportunities for underprivileged children.
Samaritans
We work to prevent suicide and support those who have lost someone to suicide. Each year, 300+ volunteers answer more than 80,000 calls, texts, and chats on our Helpline.

We provide child care in a nurturing, safe, and fun learning environment. Children participate in all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day.
SAYFTEE
Our services include family therapy, individual therapy, couple/relationship therapy, groups, workshops, training, consultation, and more for gender expansive and LGBTQI+ people and their loved ones.
School of HONK
A community street band, open to all ages and levels of musical experience. We meet every Sunday afternoon, learn by ear, and go for a parade around the neighborhood.
Science Club for Girls
We empower K-12 girls to embrace STEM through free, hands-on science clubs taught by women mentors in STEM careers in Cambridge, Somerville, Boston.
Scouts BSA Cambridge
We have programs for boys and girls (Cub Scout Pack for K-5 children and Scout Troop and Venture Crew for 6th grade through 20 years). Join us for weekly meetings and outdoor adventures.
Shady Hill School
