Listen up, friends! It's time to rock and roll with a new hobby! Don't worry if you've never touched an instrument. We've got you covered with lessons that'll get you jamming in no time!

Every month we will read and discuss a short story as a group. Copies of the stories will be provided. Registration helpful but not required! 

This class teaches Tai Chi arm and leg movements of the yang style long form. There is a strong emphasis on Tai Chi walking, which has been known to improve balance.

Writers of all experience levels are invited to join a casual, peer-supported writing group.
