Cambridge Pride Basketball Tryouts

We are a travel basketball league, for Cambridge 6th-8th grade boys and girls, that encourages youth to optimize their full potential as student athletes.
Sign-up Information
- Ages: 11 to 14.
- Grades 6th grade, 7th grade, and 8th grade.
- Cambridge residents only.
Registration required
- Registration dates
To participate in tryouts, parents / guardians of players must complete and sign the Cambridge Pride registration form. Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, tryouts will only be open to participants.
Cost
If your child is selected to join the program, the registration fee will be $50. Please make check or money order payable to “City of Cambridge”. *All registration fees must be paid by the first scheduled game.

Additional information
This year, we are excited to offer a Cambridge Pride Girls’ League for the first time. The 2021-2022 Cambridge Pride season begins in November and runs through mid-March. Cambridge Pride is a collaboration between DHSP's Recreation Division, Cambridge Public Schools, and the Cambridge Police Department.
Tryouts for the Cambridge Pride Basketball Program will be held at the Frisoli Youth Center, 61 Willow St. (View flyer for Boys and Girls League tryout times).
To participate in tryouts, parents / guardians of players must complete and sign the Cambridge Pride registration form. Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, tryouts will only be open to participants.
The 2020 Cambridge Pride season was suspended due to the pandemic. This year, we are excited to welcome players in a fun and safe environment. Players will be required to wear masks during tryouts and during practices and games when the league begins.
