Make Your Own Linocut Print Cards with Lily!

Join Nature Linc Staff Member Lily Gordon to learn how to design, carve, and print your design onto cards using soft, easy to cut linoleum blocks. We will provide the linoleum blocks, carving tools, ink and card stock. Linoleum Block Printing is a basic relief printing technique which is beginner-friendly and very versatile. In this class you will make a set of hand printed cards to take home in addition to your linoleum design, which can be used to make more prints. Participants are also welcome to bring cotton material products to print on as well.

Lily Gordon is the Program Coordinator at Farrington Nature Linc. She is a creative spirit who makes art in many media, from watercoloring to comic drawing to video editing. Lily learned linocut printing from an artist friend and enjoys making nature-inspired designs, especially ones featuring little creatures like frogs and bugs.
