Join local artist Fatima Seck to consider intersections of food and color in art and to explore painting through the lens of edible materials. In this workshop, we will learn how to make paints using a global pantry of spices and ingredients through age-old techniques. And you will have a chance to create works using our handmade food-based paints to tell personal narratives about our global and individual food cultures.
