Additional information

This program includes: Taekwondo classes, self defense, physical fitness, cardio, flexibility, and strengthening mental focus.

Martial arts have been proven to help improve concentration, confidence, self-esteem, focus, as well as physical skills like balance, cardio health, and flexibility. Great for kids and adults with ADHD. A structured physical activity that is not competitive like a team sport, martial arts allows each student to build their own skills and improve at their own pace. Classes are offered in person and in Zoom, with recordings for later if needed.

Program continues to run during Winter vacation, February vacation, and April vacation.
