Big Brothers Big Sisters Volunteer Mentors

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12. Bigs agree to meet Littles for 3 hours, a couple of times a month.
This is an ongoing program.
Schedule is taken into account when matching mentors with mentees. We do expect that mentors commit to a minimum of one year, for 4 hours a month (normed over 2 outings) or more, when matched with a Little.
Ages: Adults.
We attempt to make the best matches possible by aligning geographic location, personal interests, gender, and other factors between Bigs and Littles.

Each match is hand-selected by our team based on shared interests, geography and personality. Bigs and Littles plan their own outings filled with things they enjoy doing, like sports, going to the beach or listening to music.
