CPS SOARS! Camp

We are an in-person, free summer camp with academics and enrichment for Cambridge students in grades K - 4th who need extra summer support.

Monday, July 8 – Friday, August 2

The program runs Monday -Friday (8:30 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.)

Ages: 5 to 11.

Grades Kindergarten through 4th grade.

Cambridge residents only.
Organization affiliates only.

Eligible students will receive an invitation to register from their school. This program is for current K to 4th grade students who will be in 1st thru 5th grade during the 2024-25 school year. 

Criteria for selecting students:

  • Demonstrated need for Math, ELA or SEL support
  • Grades JK-2 – FAST Assessments
  • Reading below Benchmark Levels
  • End of Unit Assessments (math)
  • Teacher Recommendations

Registration is available until the program begins provided spots are remaining. Eligible students will be notified by their school by no later than April 1st. If you have questions or want to know if your child is eligible, please contact us!

Additional information

We are a free summer academic support and enrichment program for CPS students invited by their Math and English Language Arts teachers. Students will grow their ELA and Math skills through hands-on learning with peers.
