When people come in we can help them use their digital devices (smartphones, tablets, computers), apply for services online, learn digital literacy and safety/privacy tips, and get access to devices.

- Ages: 18 and Adults.

Some services may require you to register or apply in order to receive them. Basic support during our walk-in hours does not require registeration, but we'd appreciate it if you could schedule an appointment.

This is an ongoing program.
All navigators have virtual availability Monday-Friday and can be reached via massdigitaljedi.org website to create a ticket and schedule an in person or virtual appointment or call 1-888-551-2167. Digital Navigators are available in-person at:
- CCTV (438 mass Ave): Thursdays 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Central Square Library (45 Pearl St.): Tuesdays 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
- Main Library (449 Broadway): Thursdays 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Community Learning Center (286 Rindge Ave): Tuesdays 11:00AM to 2:00PM, Wednesdays 10:00AM-12:00PM.
- Community Learning Center (5 Western Ave): Wednesdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Peabody School/Center for Families (70 Rindge Ave, Door 10): Thursdays 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
