    This is a free-of-cost STEM summer day program aimed at students with low income and/or low exposure to STEM.

  • The program will take place somewhere on MIT Campus but the specific location will be decided at a later time.

    Dates and Times

    This program runs during the summer.

  • Monday through Friday.
  • Each week of camp is hosted for a different age group. Camp runs from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    • Week 1: (For rising 6th and 7th graders), August 17th to 21st.
    • Week 2: (For rising 8th and 9th graders), August 24th to 28th.

    Additional information

    Every day is a different theme! We explore chemistry, biology, physics, earth and space, computer science, and math with hands-on activities. Some example activities include bath bombs, doctor day, plasma demonstration, bottle rockets, coding projects, and cryptography.
