Emergency/ Crisis Services
No application or registration needed.
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Only virtual (online or over the phone).
This is strictly a phone help line for mental health emergency situations.
Once you enter your zip code, you will get the phone number of the closest Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention that serves you. Mobile Crisis Intervention is the type of ESP that is for youth.
The Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention provides you with crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services. Instead of going to the emergency room, you can get these services in your home or at other locations in the community. ESP/MCI services are available to people of all ages who are covered by MassHealth or Medicare. You can also get these services if you are uninsured. If you have a different health plan, you still may be able to get ESP/MCI services. You can call 1-877-382-1609 to learn more about this.
