Our Emergency/Crisis Services Line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for individuals and families experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis.

This is an ongoing program.
This line is available 24 hours a day.
Ages: Adults.
Emergency support is available for people of all ages but is designed to be provided with parent or caregiver support.

Once you enter your zip code, you will get the phone number of the closest Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention that serves you. Mobile Crisis Intervention is the type of ESP that is for youth.
The Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention provides you with crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services. Instead of going to the emergency room, you can get these services in your home or at other locations in the community. ESP/MCI services are available to people of all ages who are covered by MassHealth or Medicare. You can also get these services if you are uninsured. If you have a different health plan, you still may be able to get ESP/MCI services. You can call 1-877-382-1609 to learn more about this.
