A fun summer program for 7th and 8th graders to learn about ecology, genetics, chemistry, bioengineering, and more.

- Ages: 12 to 14.
- Grades 7th grade and 8th grade.
- Wheelchair accessible.
This program is for students who will be in 7th and 8th grade next fall season.

Our registration runs until April 30 or as soon as spots are filled. Families are accepted on a rolling basis. A signed parental consent form is required to complete registration. You will be required to upload the form to the online application. You can also learn more and get the registration link via our website.
Cost
A registration fee of $500. A $250 non-refundable reservation fee is required upon registration. You may opt to pay the full amount of $500 during initial registration.

This program runs during the summer.
Both sessions are typically 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (*The program will end by 1:00 p.m. each Friday).
- Session I: Monday, July 6th to *Friday, July 17th
- Session II: Monday, August 17th to *Friday, August 28th
Additional information
Through hands-on activities, laboratory modules and discussions with scientists, rising 7th and 8th grade middle school students will learn how methods from the fields of ecology, genetics, chemistry, and bioengineering are used to answer some of the most challenging questions in the life sciences today-and have an awful lot of fun doing it!
