    IHR's mission is to develop a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals, youth, and families affected by alcohol, tobacco and other drug use, mental health problems, violence/trauma and HIV/AIDS.

    If you are looking for help and struggling with mental health or substance use, call our outpatient intake coordinator at 857-285-6264. IHR has several programs: • In-Home Therapy • Outpatient Behavioral Health • The Safe Project *There might be a long waitlist.
