Typically, you'd apply for the DHSP Fuel Assistance Program and, if you qualified, you'd then be referred to other money-saving programs.

Access our advice is free and many of the programs we'll refer you to will be free or reduced price. They generally based on your income and what you already pay in your electricity bill. Contact DHSP Fuel Assistance to learn if you'd be eligible for low-income programs.

The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.

  • Both in-person and virtual (online or over the phone).
