We provide free, high-quality, and hands-on science activities and mentoring for children and teens.

This program runs during the school year.

Fall session will take place late September through early December.

K-8th meetings:

  • 3:30 - 4:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
  • Saturday times TBD.

8th-12th grade (Junior Mentors) schedules and locations vary. See the registration form or contact us. Spring Session is TBD (usually late Jan to May).

Ages: 5 to 18.

Grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Gender-specific.

Eligibility is based on grade level - 5 year-olds must be in Kindergarten to participate. Participants must identify as girls or gender expansive youth.

Additional information

Our staff, volunteer mentor-scientists and adolescent Junior Mentors (8th-12th grade) lead fun and interactive science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) explorations . Each semester, the girls (K-8th grade) explore different STEM topics, including archaeology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, and more!
