We're hosting sessions by phone or online for those needing support applying for DTA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which can provide you with money for groceries.

This is an ongoing program.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Morning and Afternoon.

Sessions are held Monday - Wednesday from 11:00am - 4:00pm beginning on April 13, 2020

Our MFNH Community Advancement Team is here to help. Starting April 13, 2020, we will be scheduling virtual and phone appointments to help people applying for DTA SNAP benefits.

Location

The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed.

Meetings will take place virtually on Zoom of Google Hangout, or over the phone.

This program provides you with funding for some food and groceries for your family if you qualify.

Sign-up is first come first serve to determine if you meet the DTA SNAP qualifications. You must set up a session with us and we will do our best to help you complete your application.
