Additional information

Deliver produce sourced by New Entry CSA to older adults in Somerville and Cambridge!  Drivers require a personal vehicle to transport the veggies. Young people may participate with parental supervision, and we'll happily sign community service forms for high school students. Of course, individual volunteers age 18+ are welcome too! We'll provide a list of addresses for you to deliver to. 

Where: Pickup at SCES, 61 Medford St., Somerville, MA 02143

When: Annually one day in July, with arrival times between 11:30 and noon.

How: Made possible by the USDA Seniors Farmers Market Nutrition Program

 

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services requires staff and volunteers to be vaccinated against COVID-19, and to have received a booster dose if eligible.
