Our guide is a great way to learn about and connect to free and low-cost foods in Cambridge.

Every Saturday, we open our place to the people in need and provide them with hot meals.

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

We offer nutritious food to those in need, no questions asked! Individuals and families can receive help once per week.

We provide lunch at noon every day and a continental breakfast six days each week through our drop-in Day Shelter.

Our food and supply pantry is open to all on a first come, first served basis until supplies run out.

As part of our program, we hand out various combinations of sandwiches or bagged lunches, juice boxes, snacks, socks, some seasonal items, toiletry kits, and more to the community.

Restaurant prepared hot meals served primarily to unhoused persons.

We provide summer reading book recommendations; activities for children, teens, and adults; live events; as well as prizes and giveaways throughout July and August.

We partner with local businesses and organizations to sponsor free events in parks across the city.

We offer lots of free events throughout the year for people of all ages with a love of learning!

We offer nature-based games and activities, art, live music, food, and lots of other programs and activities for all ages, year-round.

Cambridge Dads was created to increase fatherhood engagement in programming. The program strives to ensure dads are engaged, informed, and feel supported in their role as parents.

Our exciting community programming focuses on health, wellness, and active living in Cambridge! Our multiple facilities are open to community members interested in sports, activities, and lessons.
