Early Childhood Opportunities, Older Adult Activities

Spanish for Beginners class will focus on basic vocabulary, greetings, and phrases for everyday interactions.

This class teaches Tai Chi arm and leg movements of the yang style long form. There is a strong emphasis on Tai Chi walking, which has been known to improve balance.

Introduction to Theatre is an interactive class where we will read from plays, act out scenes, analyze characters and the plots. No prior theatre experience necessary.

We invite children and their grown-ups to join us for 15-20 minutes of songs, stories, and rhymes.
