Sports and Recreation, Afterschool (Every Day)

We help all youth gain leadership, teamwork & outdoor skills through weekl meetings and weekend or summer outdoor adventures like hiking, backpacking, camping, sailing, rafting and more!

We offer weekly arts education classes for youth (5th-7th grade) that include dancing, acting, and other movement-based arts.

Riverside offers a structured, therapeutic after-school program for children from the Somerville and Cambridge area ages 6-12 that present with significant emotional and/or behavioral challenges.

Our Cambridge summer camps are for children ages 8-13, especially including beginners! Discover the Olympic sport of fencing - no experience required, full fencing gear is provided at no cost.

We host a fall volleyball season aimed at including students from grades 6-8 (some exceptions can be made for high school students in advanced groups who are eager to learn how to play).
