The Emergency Communications Department operates the City's Combined Emergency Communications and 911 Center (ECC) located at the Robert W. Healy Public Safety Facility.

We provide public access to original materials and educational experiences about Mary Baker Eddy and the ideas she advanced through a variety of programs for adults and children.

We are one of the largest human services providers in the Commonwealth in addition to being the most programmatically diverse.
