Leadership and Mentoring

We are a youth workforce development program for out-of-school youth ages 16 - 24 from Boston Metro North communities. Students work towards their HiSET while developing workforce readiness skills.

Our teen council and teen interns work with MIT Museum to plan and lead STEAM programs and events, connect with MIT researchers, and the MIT Museum.

We provide inspiring mentoring and out-of-school time experiences to empower immigrant youth and support their academic, career, and personal success.

We help all youth gain leadership, teamwork & outdoor skills through weekl meetings and weekend or summer outdoor adventures like hiking, backpacking, camping, sailing, rafting and more!

We transforms the lives of children, adults with disabilities and their families through the power of one-to-one mentoring relationships.

We support students and 1:1 volunteer tutors/mentors with homework, academics, social-emotional learning and community advocacy.

We serve LGBTQ+ youth through support, health, advocacy, education, and resources. We are committed to social justice and creating, sustaining, and advocating for services for LGBTQ youth.

We empower women, girls, and nonbinary folks through a variety of gender-intentional programs and opportunities.

CodeIt is a free introduction to Computer Science to girls or nonbinary students in grades 6-8, taught by experienced MIT undergraduate students.

Our program supports Asian/Asian American high school girls develop self-confidence and leadership skills to be successful in their social, academic, and future professional communities.

We help basketball players with skill development via time and gym space to practice, technology to record their progress, and coach-mentors to advise them.
