The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship places 40 AmeriCorps Fellows in nonprofit organizations, city agencies, and schools for a year of service supporting youth development programs.

Additional information
Each fellow works at a host site, serving youth in grades 6-12, where they act as a mentor, provide academic support, or help youth navigate college and career exploration in order to reduce dropout rates. Fellows also receive professional development and free courses at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies during their year of service.
